This 560m2 site, with rear laneway access, came with its own list of challenges to get these stunning homes over the line.  After achieving council permission to subdivide into a two-dwelling site, we then faced the challenge of constructing on a block that was only 10m wide.  With our vast experience at working around challenges such as these, we were able to produce a result that was nothing short of perfection.
