This 560m2 site with rear laneway access, came with its own list of challenges to get these stunning homes over the line, we first had to go through council to subdivide into a two-dwelling site. We then faced the challenge of constructing on a block that was only 10m wide, but we are experienced at working around challenges such as these and the end result was nothing short of perfection.
