This Development was a 3 lot subdivision on separate titles without a body corporate or shared land on a 720m2 corner block, in a quiet established pocket of Belmont.

This even being our first development was one of our favourite jobs to date, these custom designed townhouses were finished off immaculately, and to this day (5 years on) look as good as the day we handed them over.
Due to town planning there was one 3 bed and two 2 bed townhouses developed as the two bed townhouses only consisted of single car garage, other than that the size of the townhouses was identical.

The first floor consisted of the Master bedroom with en-suite and walk in robe, leading out to a balcony, also a second bathroom and second living area.

The ground floor featured timber floorboards throughout with a European laundry and powder room, with an open plan Living, Dining, Kitchen, leading out to a generous alfresco area and the entrance offered grandness to the design with a 1200mmm wide Cedar pivot door matching in with the external cedar cladding on the front façade.
