From listening to you to perfectly understand your vision to visiting your block and completing the drafting process in-house, to getting to work on the build itself: we make the entire process a joy from your first contact with us to completion and handover.

Our gold-standard team enlists the services of superior local suppliers and premium tradesmen who work tirelessly on your build every day, with a member of our in-house team on your site every day to make sure everything is perfect.
DESIGN
From your initial consultation with us, we are here to make the building process something really special for you. We work with you to understand your aspirations for your stunning new home.
We’ll take you step-by-step through the planning process, from noting your ideas, creating a dot-point wishlist, sketching design concepts, and drafting your home.
We share examples of our work and we leave no stone unturned to ensure you’re comfortable in the knowledge that Desbo Building Group is the perfect builder for you.

Planning
Once you’ve engaged our services, we get the ball rolling immediately. This includes personal site visits and gathering information relating to Title, Zoning, Town Planning and Drainage Plans. We have unparalleled experience, and we’ll work to address engineering considerations, gain necessary permits, surveys, and issues regarding existing power, water-courses, trees and soil type. We also finalise your plans and ensure you’re 100% satisfied with the design of your home.
At Desbo Building Group, we pride ourselves on our unique ability to customize your home, even after contracts are signed. We take the time to walk you through your home at frame stage and if there are any small changes we need to make so you’re 100% delighted with the layout, we’re happy to do so.
Build
We begin your build as soon as possible. Our team oversees every step of this process from laying the foundations to lockup to ensure your project is progressing well and that everything is perfect.
We schedule each aspect of your build so that the entire process is intertwined and comes together as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
We offer supervised site walk throughs at regular intervals to ensure your involvement in the development of your home. We pride ourselves on quality, continuity and safety on all work sites for staff, trades and clients. Additional onsite visits are subject to supervisor discretion and availability.
Completion
We are committed to making sure you can move into your magnificent new home as soon as possible. We work tirelessly to complete your dream home on time, delivering a gold-standard finished product that ticks all your boxes and exceeds your expectations.
Not only do all our trusted supervisors, undertake final quality assurance checks, but Shane visits all homes to ensure every aspect of your home meets his exacting standards before we hand your new home over to you. As additional assurance we employ a third independent Quality Assessor so you can be as proud of owning a Desbo Home, as we are of building it!
